The hydrogen peroxide should be food grade (35%) which can be bought at health food stores. Be sure to read the entire article. Great article - Among all the scare stories out there for swine flu, it's nice to see someone providing a natural alternative so a huge thank you! I think it's easy to forget that prevention can be the best medicine and that we can do quite a bit on our own to stay healthy and get healthy. Thanks for the information!
