Fight depression with Saffron

I found this incredibly interesting. It certainly would be better than taking Prozac!

Saffron fights depression in humans, as well as improving learning and memory in animals. Saffron twice daily was as effective as Prozac in treating mild to moderate depression, according to a 2005 study in the Journal of Ethnopharmacology.

  3. taking 30 milligrams of Saffron a day taken for 6 weeks has the same depression reducing properties as 20 milligrams of fluoxetine (Prozac). Good luck and let me know.
