Fluoride Overdose if Children Swallow Toothpaste

In one of my favorite books, "Hydrogen Peroxide H2O2 Medical Miracle" by William Campbell Douglass MD, he talks about fluoride toothpaste. He says, "dentists warn that young children should not use fluoridated toothpaste "without supervision." That is because toothpaste is sweet and children swallow it. When they swallow it, they get massive overdoses of fluoride, which is an enzymatic poison." YIKES! he goes on to say that the assumption that "cavities aren't caused by rotten food. They are caused by a rotten diet!"

Here is what he suggests:

Throw out all the toothbrushes and toothpaste in your bathroom. (he says, "I realize that most of you are not willing to do this, so if you must brush, get 3% hydrogen peroxide and mix it with baking soda. Make a thick paste. If you insist on brushing your teeth with store-bought toothpaste, don't use any that has fluoride in it. All natural toothpaste can be purchased at most health food stores.

Your toothbrush is one the dirtiest things in your bathroom. If you use a toothbrush, dip it in 3% hydrogen peroxide after each use.

And, get rid of anything in your kitchen or bathroom labeled as containging fluoride. for mouth freshness, rinse with 3% H2O2. It lasts longer than Scope, Listerine or Crest and actually kills pathogenic bacteria; the others do not.

Remember, "no matter what your dental hygiene is, your teeth will still rot if your diet is loaded with sugar, fluoride, heat saturated vegetable fats and other nutrition-free food substitutes."

Go back and read about xylitol. It is good for your teeth.
