I love this article. Rather than telling you what not to eat, it tells you what to eat to help you lose weight: oats (I add these to my smoothie every am), apples (easy - love them!), eggs (cool), cinnamon (in the smoothie too!), and almonds and almond butter (I make my own granola and add these). I don't need to lose weight but I want to eat healthy!
