Arnica Cream for Hematomas, Bumps and Bruises

I found this to be very helpful. I had hit my shin against the pool edge and a HUGE bump came up. I used ice for the first few hours and then put arnica cream on it. Very little bruise came up so I figured it was fine and the bump would go away. A few days later I noticed the bump was still fairly large and was showing a friend who worked in a hospital for 15 years. She told me she thought it was very deep and was most likely a hematoma. She told me to apply arnica cream to it fairly often. I have and it is amazing how it is going down daily. Thank you Jen!
