Tired All The Time - Take Your Vitamins!!!!!

Another example from "Feed Your Genes Right" by John Wiley & Sons. Imagine having so much more energy and stamina just by taking Vitamins!! I have not been one to supplement as I eat very well (mostly raw) but I am now on a multi vitamin and feel fabulous!
