My husband had a kidney stone a year ago and he drank olive oil and lime juice 2 times a day. He passed it and felt much better. We have since looked into other methods just in case they reappear. The coke and asparagus seems to be one that works but sounds a little scary. So far, no more kidney stones!

Later, my grandmother was hospitalized with a kidney stone and told me about a home remedy given to her by a nurse and believe me, this really works! Mix 2 oz of olive oil and 2 oz of lemon juice, drink it straight down and follow with a large glass of water at the first sign of stone pain. The stone(s) will pass within 24 hours. I am Thompson from India sending this request. I have now three stones in my kidney and I would like to try this medicine immediately. Kindly clarify the quantum of lime juice to be mixed with 2 oz of Olive oil is it just raw lime juice of 2 oz or diluted lime juice in water of 2 oz?
